Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a technology career, with at least 4 years in a program management role focused on organization-wide projects. A strong track record of working with engineers to solve complex cross-team problems, managing complex cross-functional technical initiatives, and shipping on schedule is essential. Experience communicating effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, adapting to ambiguity, working in a fast-paced startup environment, customizing and administering JIRA, and utilizing agile methodologies are also required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager will establish, implement, and optimize processes for Product Development initiatives, lead cross-functional programs by defining scope, milestones, schedules, and resource plans, and develop communication strategies for programs. This role involves anticipating problems, building risk mitigation plans, partnering with business, product, design, and engineering leaders, and providing in-depth analysis and evaluation of problems and dependencies with engineering teams.
