Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the feedback loop across sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure customer insights directly inform product development and solutions meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with business, product, and engineering leaders to define project requirements, scopes, timelines, and impact for time-bound onboarding, deployment, and co-development projects; ensure project timelines, deliverables, scopes, and resource allocations are up-to-date
  • Establish and manage meaningful program processes (e.g., reports and dashboards) that provide visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Guide organizations through their AI journey by applying change management expertise to maximize ROI of Kensho AI products from customers’ perspective
  • Capture and codify best practices, playbooks, and FAQs informed by real customer inputs
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across project teams
