Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business or technology related field, along with 5 years of relevant work experience in product management or program management with a successful track record of end-to-end delivery. They should also have 3+ years’ experience of BI Reporting, Data Management or Analytical solutions and a superior understanding of Embedded Reporting, Bus systems, and Agile methodologies, including the ability to make trade-offs to meet delivery dates.

Responsibilities

The Technical Product Owner will build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to define customer needs and identify process improvements, document and translate customer Reporting and Data needs into epics, user stories, and technical specifications, partner with business heads and technical leads to determine scope and priorities, plan and prioritize product development and backlog, lead product-release plans and set expectations for delivery, meet regularly with scrum teams to groom and develop sprint plans, define metrics of success and KPIs, manage product-related support and feedback, conduct training and outreach to internal support teams and customers, and provide regular updates on roadmap and backlog status.
