Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in data warehousing and ETL development, including 3 years in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases are required, as well as familiarity with data modeling, database design, and ETL design patterns. Experience with SDLC and agile project delivery methodologies such as Scrum is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The ETL Manager/Developer will be responsible for building and overseeing a team of ETL Developers, facilitating cooperation between data stakeholders, designing and developing PL/SQL code for ETL processes, reports, and other database needs, and managing team work assignments and priorities. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting data and workflow issues, working closely with team members and other departments to implement solutions, automating and monitoring ETL jobs, and ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
