Requirements

8+ years of product management experience
At least 3 years focused on platforms, APIs, or developer tools
Deep expertise in platform architecture, integration patterns, authentication (OAuth, SAML), and developer lifecycle tooling
Strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workvivo’s platform capabilities, including APIs, webhooks, authentication, and extensibility frameworks
Lead product discovery and problem definition in collaboration with internal teams, enterprise customers, and integration partners
Embed AI-first thinking into the platform roadmap enabling AI agents to interact with third-party systems, surfacing insights from platform usage, and automating routine configuration workflows
Partner with engineering leadership to define scalable platform architecture and ensure reliability, security, and performance
Develop a deep understanding of developer users and drive improvements to documentation, SDKs, tooling, and onboarding
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to enable successful partner integrations and ecosystem growth
Stay ahead of platform trends, developer ecosystems, and industry standards to shape long-term strategy
