Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience

  • Deep expertise in platform architecture, integration patterns, authentication (OAuth, SAML), and developer lifecycle tooling
  • Strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workvivo’s platform capabilities, including APIs, webhooks, authentication, and extensibility frameworks
  • Lead product discovery and problem definition in collaboration with internal teams, enterprise customers, and integration partners
  • Embed AI-first thinking into the platform roadmap enabling AI agents to interact with third-party systems, surfacing insights from platform usage, and automating routine configuration workflows
  • Partner with engineering leadership to define scalable platform architecture and ensure reliability, security, and performance
  • Develop a deep understanding of developer users and drive improvements to documentation, SDKs, tooling, and onboarding
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to enable successful partner integrations and ecosystem growth
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, developer ecosystems, and industry standards to shape long-term strategy
