Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience designing enterprise cloud-based solutions and demonstrate talent in simplifying multi-step user tasks and complex data navigation. Experience in end-to-end user experience processes, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods, is essential. Proficiency in Figma and some experience with enterprise SaaS products are required, along with outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. An online portfolio is also necessary, and knowledge of the cybersecurity industry or experience with design systems and platform design work are considered bonus points.

Responsibilities

Product Designers will collaborate with product management and engineering to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leading design from conception through rollout. Responsibilities include understanding project goals to produce high-quality design specifications, scoping project work, and considering potential additional use cases. Designers will create effective creative solutions based on research, develop user flows, specifications, and prototypes, and utilize storytelling to communicate user needs and problems. They will also organize content, expand existing components with a focus on user goals, usability, and accessibility, and promote the use of the design system for product consistency. Additionally, designers will provide input to team members through work reviews and technical guidance, and develop comprehensive knowledge of CrowdStrike features and services to drive consistent and cohesive solutions.
