Requirements

  • Proven track record of 3+ years in Product Management roles, with a strong focus on developer-centric or technical products
  • Strong understanding of modern software development stacks and practices, including APIs, Cloud services architecture, Microservices architecture, etc
  • Passion for simplifying complex issues and understanding how great products work behind the scenes
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, capable of executing complex projects under time and resource constraints
  • “Why” is your keyword – curiosity and a challenge to existing processes
  • Ability to drive collaboration across multiple disciplines (marketing, design, finance, ops, engineering, etc.)
  • Strong storytelling skills – articulating a compelling narrative and clearly presenting ideas
  • Fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills
  • Experience PMing products in technical fields
  • Experience PMing developer products: external-facing APIs, Dev Tools, or similar
  • Experience as a Technical / Platform / Infra PM
  • Background as a Software Engineer
  • Hands-on coding or technical experience
  • BS in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and keep the integrity of a complex payment network that moves money to thousands of businesses across the US
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with the company’s goals, addressing market needs and driving innovation
  • Define the business and technical requirements for products and features. Write clear and concise product specs and other product documentation
  • Collaborate with Data, Ops, Finance & Engineering teams to build, deploy, and scale delightful payment experiences
  • Define and monitor KPIs to assess product performance, measure success, and prioritize features for maximum impact
