Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical product management role
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products, preferably in the enterprise application or internal tools space
  • Experience with mission-critical business systems and/or self-service portal development is highly desirable
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for MBS and the Self-Service Portal, aligning with overall IT and business objectives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities and inform product direction
  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact. Effectively communicate roadmap and progress to stakeholders at all levels
  • Requirements & Design: Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically sound, scalable, and secure. Drive the design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, to optimize user experience
  • Execution & Delivery: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch optimization. Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for MBS and Self-Service Portal products, fostering strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and engineering teams. Proactively manage expectations and communicate updates effectively
  • Technical Expertise: Possess an understanding of relevant technologies, system integrations, data flows, and security best practices. Be able to deep dive into technical details with engineering teams and make informed technical decisions
  • Performance & Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product performance. Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all product development adheres to internal governance policies, security standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
