Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact and subject matter expert to evaluate and consult on escalated service repair issues and provide expert technical support on medical devices
Apply expert knowledge to provide service recommendations for escalated product and systems issues
Investigate patient safety concerns and provide effective and timely resolution to all stakeholders
Participate in installation planning phase to support new and existing product launches
Liaise proactively between customers, service depot, R&D, field service, and other stakeholders to assist in day-to-day needs
Communicate accurately and confidently during customer resolutions, maintaining customer confidence in the product, representative, and company
Provide documentation and technical expertise for customer creation/revision of training programs, curricula, service processes, forms, and training materials
Conduct technical training classes for internal/external attendees
Monitor service updates and training content with 3rd party manufacturing team to enhance and improve materials
Provide direction and mentoring to team members
Lead and execute individual and team projects to maximize customer value and improve company financial results
Manage and schedule travel to stakeholder and clinical facilities for technical support, training, meetings, or trainings
