Responsibilities

  • Take direction from and balance needs of Biomed Team Leaders and Account Manager to support contract and meet KPIs
  • Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on medical equipment per manufacturer’s guidelines
  • Complete all relevant administrative tasks while maintaining and improving data quality into CMS tool
  • Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution, proper follow-up, and customer satisfaction
  • Implement GE/customer facility contract as instructed, supporting business goals and objectives
  • Assist wider team where needed to meet local or global goals
  • Take ownership within workshop and comply with local H&S regulations
  • Comply with GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws/regulations
