The Technical Operations Manager will own the Zendesk ecosystem, including administration, configuration, optimization, and roadmap development; manage a globally-distributed team of Zendesk Administrators and developers, fostering a culture of high performance and operational excellence; oversee vendor integrations and custom applications hosted on AWS, ensuring reliable and secure functionality; and partner closely with stakeholders to understand and address business needs related to the Zendesk platform and its integrations.
