Strong Python skills and excellent communication abilities are also required, along with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and mentor team members.
The Technical Lead/Agile Coach will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver high-quality products for federal partners, managing and mentoring team members. Responsibilities include shaping and growing the team, training them on Agile methodologies adapted for VA compliance, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching stakeholders on value-driven delivery, and guiding Agile transformations. The role also involves breaking down technical items for business users and translating senior leadership direction into actionable steps.
