Candidates should possess 5+ years of professional experience in Java and JavaScript development, along with proven expertise in Spring, REST, SQL, and Git. They should also have 3+ years of experience in independently designing, developing, and delivering software solutions within collaborative teams. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills – both written and oral – are required.
The Technical Implementations Lead will actively engage with customers and collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements in custom solutions, supporting the professional services team and overseeing technical solution delivery. This includes configuring the Smile platform, scripting, troubleshooting, designing technical solutions, providing architectural guidance, and managing priorities while staying current with industry trends. They will collaborate with customer-facing teams, serve as a technical resource for support analysts, participate in on-call support, support RFIs/RFPs, and ensure accurate time reporting in NetSuite.
