Requirements

Ability to design and manage end-to-end technical learning pathways for technical roles, including universal onboarding programs and baseline knowledge standards
Expertise in developing and implementing internal technical certification programs (e.g., 101, 201, 301 levels) to track completion and proficiency

Proficiency in implementing Content Governance frameworks and continuous feedback loops for internal resources, customer-facing materials, and use-cases

Responsibilities
