Responsibilities

  • Leads development and maintenance of products, including crafting and modeling features/capabilities from beginning to end, with responsibility for growth, profitability, capital, and risk
  • Partners with sales leadership and finance to provide cost impact solutions/opportunities related to product design and develops business cases for customer acquisition
  • Generates multiple solutions addressing client/customer needs based on situation assessments
  • Drives incremental and adjacent innovation to differentiate products in the marketplace with cross-functional teams
  • Proactively identifies new market and business opportunities and reacts to competitive landscape and market conditions
  • Provides support and leadership to promote product/solution strategy, design, and management
  • Serves as liaison across the organization to implement new products/solutions, finds alignments/added value, and facilitates problem resolution
  • Builds strategic relationships, including vendor and partner alliances, to support product delivery
  • Assures performance results and expectations for product/solution implementation and business model
  • Develops, produces, and maintains ad hoc and custom sales report analysis; consults on product trends and sales analysis opportunities
  • Leads key project initiatives for initial product offerings, re-designs, or tangential applications (e.g., commissions, new business processing, policy administration)
  • Facilitates client understanding of product options and prioritizes them
