Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement support activities in coordination with customers, providing clinical and technical expertise through case support, product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance of company products
  • Serve as the CAS map/navigation expert, training new mappers and acting as an ambassador for clinical and technical data at congresses and customer meetings
  • Develop a strong clinical knowledge base to engage in meaningful scientific discussions and identify opportunities
  • Provide technical data and support to sales teams for product demonstrations
  • Conduct on-site education and consulting, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activities in CRM tools (e.g., SFDC Lightning, ServiceMax)
  • Be prepared to troubleshoot first-line issues on the CAS map/navigation system or relay relevant information to the technical department
