Requirements

  • 3/5 years of experience in the biomedical devices market, preferably in Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for Biomedical Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Based preferably in Central Italy Regions, in a city with good logistic position
  • Frequent travel (at least 75% of time)
  • Good attitude to problem solving
  • Strongly inclined to relationship, listening, and communication with other people
  • Flexibility, growth mindset, and proactivity essential
  • Cooperative and able to combine forces in teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Technical responsibility of CST portfolio: intraoperative support for imaging, navigation, spinal, and power products
  • Training and education: technical update of physicians, nurses, and everybody related with company technology
  • Support marketing activities
  • Support operation activities (kit instrument set management and optimization)
  • Work closely with salesforce to deliver strategies and results; monitor and update funnel opportunities
  • Assisting in operating rooms during procedures
  • Contributing to product demonstrations, presentations, meetings, and lab sessions alongside the sales team
  • Be perceived as the key person for technical support in the region
