Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, nursing, biology, or other life sciences or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of work experience from the healthcare sector, preferably from Imaging, Physiology and experience in a CathLab/Theatre environment
Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry
Knowledge of angiograms and anatomy of the heart
Strong project management skills and experience coordinating and executing training programs
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute first training on using CWX suite: shadowing potential users in running demo cases, providing F2F theoretical training, assisting and guiding the users in first initial clinical procedures, and execute training follow-ups on new or existing users also in relation to CWX new tools or functionalities
Drive the adoption of CWX in the initial phase after installation and training in close collaboration with local Sales Representative (SR) in charge of the target account
Assist and help local commercial resources (Sales Reps/Marketing) in delivering in-depth product presentation (including demo cases) in target accounts
Train local Sales Reps during live and demo cases for them to obtain certification on proficient usage of the technology
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, seminars and/or outside symposiums and provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel (“train the trainer”)
Ensure tracking, measurement and execution of activities at account level in coordination with WE HQ team
