Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, nursing, biology, or other life sciences or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience from the healthcare sector, preferably from Imaging, Physiology and experience in a CathLab/Theatre environment
  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry
  • Knowledge of angiograms and anatomy of the heart
  • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating and executing training programs
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute first training on using CWX suite: shadowing potential users in running demo cases, providing F2F theoretical training, assisting and guiding the users in first initial clinical procedures, and execute training follow-ups on new or existing users also in relation to CWX new tools or functionalities
  • Drive the adoption of CWX in the initial phase after installation and training in close collaboration with local Sales Representative (SR) in charge of the target account
  • Assist and help local commercial resources (Sales Reps/Marketing) in delivering in-depth product presentation (including demo cases) in target accounts
  • Train local Sales Reps during live and demo cases for them to obtain certification on proficient usage of the technology
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, seminars and/or outside symposiums and provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel (“train the trainer”)
  • Ensure tracking, measurement and execution of activities at account level in coordination with WE HQ team
