Requirements

Candidates must possess a university degree in Health Sciences, such as biomedical engineering, industrial engineering, telecommunications engineering, nursing, or radiology. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical device industry, specifically within a hospital operating room environment and preferably with Cardiology devices, is required. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish, a clean driving license, and a willingness to travel intensively are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality and accuracy are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Technical Consultant CRM will provide expert technical support to physicians in the operating room during Pacemaker and Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator implants and Electrophysiology procedures. They will advise referring physicians on company products, therapies, and services to optimize patient outcomes and build strong relationships with key decision makers. Additionally, the role involves educating physicians on clinical evidence of defined therapies, reporting account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics, and collating customer feedback, product issues, and complaints. Administrative duties, including providing activity reports to the Sales Manager, are also part of the responsibilities.
