Responsibilities

The Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, refine, and document functional and non-functional requirements, translating business goals into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. They will clarify technical ambiguities and ensure shared understanding across teams, act as the liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and communicating progress and blockers, and collaborate with Product Managers and Delivery Leads to prioritize and refine backlogs. Additionally, they will break down complex business needs into structured, testable user stories, balance strategic, BAU, and support requests, and provide input into solution design, keeping both technical feasibility and business outcomes in mind, as well as collaborate with engineers and QA to define Definition of Done, support acceptance testing, and ensure solutions meet the brief.
