Candidates should possess extensive experience as a Technical Business Analyst, strong experience with enterprise-grade software solutions and Agile environments, and a proven ability to document complex business and technical requirements with clarity and structure. They should be skilled in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and familiar with Agile metrics and workflows, along with exceptional communication and facilitation skills, the ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
The Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, refine, and document functional and non-functional requirements, translating business goals into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. They will clarify technical ambiguities and ensure shared understanding across teams, act as the liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and communicating progress and blockers, and collaborate with Product Managers and Delivery Leads to prioritize and refine backlogs. Additionally, they will break down complex business needs into structured, testable user stories, balance strategic, BAU, and support requests, and provide input into solution design, keeping both technical feasibility and business outcomes in mind, as well as collaborate with engineers and QA to define Definition of Done, support acceptance testing, and ensure solutions meet the brief.
