The IT Enterprise Engineering Manager role focuses on ensuring a consistent and reliable experience across all applications and services, partnering with the organization to maintain and configure systems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of IT Engineers and Analysts.
• Plan out team objectives in coordination with Business units and other stakeholders.
• Run Sprints from planning to retrospective review.
• Assist team with task completion.
• Take Ownership of relationships with relevant stakeholders and vendors.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
• Report to upper management on various aspects of the team.
• Work through complex asks and issues not currently understood to find a path forward.
• Work with partners to turn Business needs into actionable system requirements.
• Design, Document, Update, and Configure based on requirements.
• Work with Vendors to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions.
• Continue to develop personal knowledge and expertise.
• Maintain and monitor system performance.
• Identify security risks, best practices, and provide education to the organization and team.
• Actively participate in all facets of the incident response lifecycle and enhance incident response playbooks leveraging automation to remediate issues or add context where possible.

Who You Are

• Education: You have a BS or an MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related IT field.
• Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in a professional leadership role.
• Technical Experience: You have 6+ years of experience working on an IT team supporting:
  • Product/engineering functions
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Corporate infrastructure development
