Requirements

Candidates should have some experience in writing technical or user documentation, preferably for software products, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong attention to detail. They should be able to explain complex topics in plain language for non-technical audiences and comfortable working with subject matter experts. Bonus points are given for familiarity with ShareDo or similar case/work management platforms, experience writing for legal or SaaS environments, and a basic understanding of Agile development processes.

Responsibilities

The Technical Author will create and maintain user guides, release notes, help topics, and process documentation for ShareDo, a case management platform. They will assist in maintaining content repositories, support the production of in-product help and knowledge base articles, and collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information about product changes. Furthermore, they will edit and update existing documentation, follow established style guides, and continuously improve documentation quality and usability.
