Requirements
The candidate must be bilingual, with native or proficient level Spanish and English proficiency (written and spoken), possess excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, have an understanding of technical concepts such as software development and cloud platforms, be able to quickly learn new software, and demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational skills, along with basic proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Technical Writer Intern, the candidate will assist in writing, updating, and editing end-user focused technical documentation related to the Keeper Security suite of products in Spanish and Japanese, translate technical content from English to Spanish with a focus on clarity and accuracy, collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather information and ensure documentation reflects current product features, contribute to the development of internal style guides and terminology glossaries, perform quality checks on translated content, and assist in developing end-user training videos and materials.
