Technical Writer

The Technical Writer should possess excellent technical writing skills, experience developing end-user documentation for web-based applications, and a working knowledge of standard web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript. They should be capable of using code repositories and command-line interfaces to review source code and document APIs effectively, and demonstrate success in self-managing writing projects.
As a Technical Writer, the candidate will create content for Kustomer’s support center and developer documentation, identify areas for improving self-help through documentation, collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure content completeness and accuracy, build user guides for new and existing features, provide data-driven information to product teams about feature complexity, review and edit user instruction text and error messages, and optimize knowledge to drive impact through AI.
