Requirements

Deep technical expertise in Workday Core Architecture (intelligent data core)
Ability to articulate and differentiate Workday's AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Agent-based architectures
Knowledge of technical topics such as data security, reporting & analytics, integrations, and Workday Extend
Expertise in Workday platform capabilities, including Workday Build (Workday Extend and low-code/no-code tools) and Workday Data Cloud (Apache Iceberg and Prism Analytics)
Proficiency in using graphical discovery tools to create technical as-is and to-be architecture designs
Ability to conduct discoveries, deep dives, and scripted demonstrations independently with little support
Advanced domain knowledge and industry knowledge
Understanding of Workday product features, competitive landscape, customer use cases, and value realizations
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to functional, technical, and C-level audiences (e.g., oCIO executives)
Passion, customer focus, innovation, creativity, and ability to proactively cultivate relationships with stakeholders

Responsibilities

Articulate and differentiate the Workday Core Architecture to technical and business buyer personas
Strategically lead high-level discussions on Workday's AI, ML, and Agent-based architectures
Craft compelling presentations showcasing Workday’s technology differentiation and deliver impactful demonstrations linking technology to business outcomes
Dive deep into technical topics like data security, reporting & analytics, integrations, and Workday Extend to illustrate intelligent automation and extensibility
Collaborate with stakeholders to create technical as-is and to-be architecture designs using graphical discovery tools
Conduct discoveries, deep dives, and scripted demonstrations with little support, and handle RFP questions independently
Attain and demonstrate advanced domain and industry knowledge, differentiating Workday features and articulating customer use cases and value
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including C-level executives
Proactively cultivate relationships with stakeholders
