Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relatable experience
  • Proven experience in technical sales or engineering roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to travel 20-40%
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in understanding complex technical concepts and solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • (Preferred) Previous experience with fleets, fleet management systems, or similar technical role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the deployment of Connected Services solutions into the market by leveraging deep understanding of service solutions and their value for customers
  • Serve as a key liaison between sales teams, technical teams, and customers, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process and solution deployment
  • Work with regional sales and CX teams to capture customer conversations and interactions related to connected services and provide feedback to the CX team for aggregation and consolidation
  • Act as primary point of contact for customer on-boarding, lead the customer service and support process, and effectively lead issue resolution with customers ensuring smooth business operations
  • Lead the deployment of technical pilots, development projects, and production installations with customers, as well as provide production post-sales technical support and troubleshooting assistance, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Serve as a primary technical resource for the sales team, possessing in-depth knowledge of products, services, and industry trends, and lead communication of generated data to create value for customers
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teams, ensuring comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the field, gathering their VoC insights and providing to the CX team for aggregation and consolidation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to align technical solutions with customer needs and business objectives
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives, leveraging technical insights to drive revenue growth and market expansion
