Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferably in technical studies
  • Fluent in written and spoken German
  • Expertise in one or more HPE technologies (compute, storage, or networking)
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end support processes
  • Ability to correct problems when they occur

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Support Manager (ASM) in developing and maintaining the Account Support Plan (ASP)
  • Collaborate with the ASM to create an operational profile of the customer’s technical environment, including environmental profiling
  • Drive technical reviews with the customer (quarterly, annually, or variable), analyzing support incident data to identify trends and action plans
  • Lead proactive technical delivery, including firmware and software gap analysis, in collaboration with the account team and RSS
  • Provide or facilitate services for Support Team Days (STDs), such as system health checks, onsite assistance, and upgrade planning reviews
  • Conduct onsite visits (optional) to gain understanding of the customer’s environment, foster relationships, and learn about upcoming activities
  • Deliver proactive services and provide technical advocacy to HPE Complete Care and GreenLake customers
  • Develop long-lasting customer relationships and partner with HPE resources to resolve customer satisfaction issues
