Requirements

Travel up to 30% of the time is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customers, guiding them through Aerospike adoption and optimization. Responsibilities include providing expert guidance on best practices for deployment, scaling, and maintenance, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and conducting regular technical reviews to identify optimization areas. The role also involves delivering technical training, advocating for customer needs by providing feedback to product teams, assisting with upgrades and migrations, monitoring performance metrics, and developing strong customer relationships. Contributing to documentation and knowledge base articles is also part of the role.
