Requirements

  • Hybrid role based out of Phoenix, Austin, or Houston office
  • Ability to work with central customer IT teams to align on target architecture for CDF
  • Experience partnering with Field Engineering and Solution Architects during pre-sales
  • Capability to provide customer context and future-state alignment for technical continuity into deployment

Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted advisor to strategic customers to realize value from CDF and accelerate scalable outcomes
  • Lead technical relationship across customer lifecycle: validate architectural decisions in pre-sales, support deployment and operationalization post-First Value, co-own technical alignment for expansion and renewal
  • Architect with impact: align target architecture for CDF with customer IT teams and ecosystem
  • Collaborate with Field Engineering and Solution Architects in pre-sales for technical continuity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Services, Product, Engineering, Account Teams, Value Engineering, Service team, Product Management, Customer Enablement
  • Support building value roadmaps, deployment, validation, enhancement of services for value and adoption
  • Co-develop adoption programs, catalyze end-user interaction and feedback to Product Management
  • Enable partner ecosystem, ensure solution integrity, elevate Cognite experience through feedback loops
  • Catalyst for Account Management to drive expansions and renewals
