The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, overseeing their onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success. They will manage project resources, collaborate with Agile Leads and technical teams, facilitate smooth execution of work, and ensure adherence to financial parameters. The TAM will also identify and pursue additional sales opportunities, create Statements of Work, and support the overall customer lifecycle, contributing to long-term customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
