Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, with a preference for experience in software or automation technologies. Fluency in Bahasa is a mandatory requirement, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will take ownership of your customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform, serving as a core member of the account team and accountable for technical workstreams. You will proactively engage with customers, providing embedded technical advisory and guiding the technical maturity of their automation programs. This includes conducting technical health checks, identifying risks, and recommending continuous improvements. Additionally, you will enable customers' technical stakeholders on UiPath Platform best practices, perform design and code reviews, and collaborate with internal teams to manage escalated support incidents.
