Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Technical Account Manager, you will provide a strategic technical partnership with customers, acting as the primary technical leader for scientific end-users. This includes designing, architecting, and delivering impactful solutions, understanding customer needs, analyzing data environments, assisting in solution implementation, and ensuring long-term project success. Key responsibilities encompass serving as the primary technical point of contact, driving adoption and risk management, supporting sales and product teams, and delivering value through proactive technical guidance, strategic planning, and continuous optimization. You will also be responsible for solution mapping, ROI calculation, relationship building, product knowledge, demo development, and proposal writing.
