Responsibilities

Build, lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6–8 tech recruiters based in Mountain View
Partner with engineering and product leaders to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies
Drive accountability on hiring targets, candidate experience, and data-driven recruiting practices
Build scalable sourcing, interviewing, and closing processes for technical talent
Act as a culture carrier—fostering collaboration, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
Report on progress, pipeline health, and market insights to senior leadership
Stay close to the recruiting craft; coach, problem-solve, and deliver results
