Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6–8 tech recruiters based in Mountain View
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies
  • Drive accountability on hiring targets, candidate experience, and data-driven recruiting practices
  • Build scalable sourcing, interviewing, and closing processes for technical talent
  • Act as a culture carrier—fostering collaboration, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
  • Report on progress, pipeline health, and market insights to senior leadership
  • Stay close to the recruiting craft; coach, problem-solve, and deliver results
