  • Oversee the candidate journey from screening through offer acceptance, ensuring a high-touch, positive experience
  • Collaborate within MongoDB’s ATS (Greenhouse) while leveraging Sustainable Talent’s analytics to track and optimize results
  • Represent MongoDB’s mission, values, and culture authentically to attract top talent
