Responsibilities

The QA Tech Lead will serve as a subject matter expert in software quality, partnering with the Director of Software Quality to develop and implement quality strategies. Responsibilities include mentoring QA engineers, contributing to test strategy planning and execution, reviewing test cases and automation code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality throughout the development lifecycle. The role also involves identifying and implementing process improvements, training QA engineers, acting as a key resource for the team, and collaborating to define and monitor quality KPIs for continuous improvement.
