Requirements
Candidates should have at least 7 years of backend experience, preferably in C#, with a focus on data-heavy applications and a strong understanding of scalable systems, microservices, and software design principles. Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture, familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines, performance optimization for large datasets, and end-to-end experience across the full development lifecycle are required. Fluency in English and effective remote collaboration skills are also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Tech Lead will develop and optimize RESTful APIs in C#, lead feature development and cloud architecture improvements in AWS, and contribute to CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation. They will collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers to build scalable features, and own the performance, availability, and security of backend services.
