Requirements

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeiter*innen

Responsibilities

Verantwortung für den Kassenbereich und dessen Organisation gemeinsam mit einem bis zu 15-köpfigen Team
Verantwortung aller Kassenprozesse und Ansprechpartner bei technischen Schwierigkeiten
Beitrag zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Stores als Teil des Store Management Teams
Kassentätigkeit, Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Durchführung von Umtauschen
Abdeckung aller administrativen Themen rund um die Kasse
Gestaltung einer einwandfreien Shopping-Atmosphäre mit dem Team und Bindung der Kunden durch Förderung der Zalando Outlet Card
Transparente, authentische und mitarbeiterorientierte Führung, inklusive 360° Personalthemen wie Einstellung, kennzahlenbasierte Einsatzplanung, Ausbildung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen
