Requirements

Afgeronde HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouw of Technische Bedrijfskunde
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een technische leidinggevende functie
Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal vanwege het internationale karakter van de organisatie
Vermogen om technische details te begrijpen en het geheel af te stemmen met alle stakeholders, bij voorkeur met aantoonbaar succes over meerdere jaren

Responsibilities

Leidinggeven aan de Planned Maintenance Planner en Technicians
Zorgen voor optimale uitvoering van preventief en correctief onderhoud
Aanpakken van terugkerende verstoringen door middel van RCA’s (Root Cause Analyses)
Opstellen van roosters en zorgen voor optimale bezetting (2-ploegen)
Signaleren van opleidingsbehoeften en organiseren van trainingen en ontwikkeltrajecten voor het Maintenance team
Voeren van jaarlijkse functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken en bijhouden van de competentiematrix
Stimuleren van teamontwikkeling en samenwerking, onder meer met een gedragsmatrix
Aandragen en realiseren van verbetervoorstellen voor efficiëntere werkprocessen
Opstellen van jaarplannen voor gepland onderhoud inclusief budgettering
Leiden van werk- en teamoverleggen en afstemmen met interne en externe stakeholders
Toezien op naleving van veiligheids- en hygiëneregels
