  • Several years of experience in the field of E-Commerce, online product management (B2B & B2C) or digital business models
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, solid handling of web analytics tools, and analysis of eCommerce & Product KPIs
  • Proven success in steering and optimizing online shops, marketplaces, or digital platforms
  • Proven success in teamwork, ideally in a first leadership position

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of eCommerce and product strategies (B2B & B2C) in close coordination with the Head of Product Management
  • Identifying market, customer, and technology trends to align product development and online channels for the future
  • KPI-based management of the product portfolio and eCommerce activities with a focus on growth and profitability
  • Developing business cases for new product ideas and optimization projects in product management / eCommerce
  • Managing the day-to-day operations with a high degree of autonomy and a hands-on mentality
  • (Fachliche) Leadership and development of a team of Product Managers and eCommerce specialists
