Responsibilities

  • Animate the daily operations and ensure the team's activity level and intensity
  • Guarantee the achievement of the team's commercial objectives, ensuring performance homogeneity among members
  • Stay updated on Sales Enablement and ensure the team masters techniques and discourse
  • Promote internal knowledge sharing within the team by leveraging each member's strengths
  • Contribute to recruiting new salespeople, participate in their onboarding, and help them reach objectives post-training
  • Develop team spirit, fostering high engagement, well-being, and retention
  • Proactively develop each team member on soft skills, hard skills, and career progression within Skello's career plan
  • Act as a leader, supporting each salesperson's success in job skills, daily organization, activity level, and performance contributors
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to commercial management (Head of Sales, Sales Manager, VP Sales, Sales Enablement Manager, etc.)
