Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in B2B Sales (solution sales), preferably with at least 2 years leading experience
  • Skilled in team management, mentoring, strategic planning and positive attitude in driving timebound initiatives to successful goal
  • Good attitude, customer centric mindset, deal making, team player, creative, opportunist and enjoy working in competitive environment in credit reporting industry and data analytics

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic engagement, oversee performance of the team, ensuring both individuals and the team’s targets are met
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and client retention
  • Deliver great experience to clients and affiliates by presenting the brand and be the frontline liaison internally and externally
  • Prospect, identify and seek opportunities with potential new clients to work together and achieve targets while providing key values to both parties
  • Manage portfolio, including maintaining good relationships with existing clients, and look for additional opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing and new products and services
  • Analyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement for the team, with a more strategic and long-term focus
  • Share ideas, feedback and input pertaining to consumer’s product or marketing with the aim to grow the business
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives including sales targets and forecasts
  • Supervise, mentor and give guidance to the team, track and monitor the team’s overall performance and align to team targets
  • Support the negotiation and contracting process with clients, partners, and affiliates
  • Work closely with Heads of Departments for effective communications across teams, and coordinate with senior management on strategy plan and execution internally and externally on products, strategies, and updates to grow the business and close relationships
