Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

Oversee the team to ensure efficient execution of sales support activities, including order processing, lead generation, contract management, sales reporting, and CRM administration
Manage lead generation data and metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and understand opportunities for improvement
Monitor accuracy and timely processing of sales orders, contracts, and other documentation while adhering to WellSky policies and procedures
Implement best practices for prospecting and qualifying leads; train and guide team on new processes
Regularly monitor performance against targets and provide feedback and support
Update team members about solution updates, sales promotions, and other relevant market information to support their work
Perform other job duties as assigned
