Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 0-1 years of relevant management work experience
  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the team to ensure efficient execution of sales support activities, including order processing, lead generation, contract management, sales reporting, and CRM administration
  • Manage lead generation data and metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and understand opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor accuracy and timely processing of sales orders, contracts, and other documentation while adhering to WellSky policies and procedures
  • Implement best practices for prospecting and qualifying leads; train and guide team on new processes
  • Regularly monitor performance against targets and provide feedback and support
  • Update team members about solution updates, sales promotions, and other relevant market information to support their work
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
