Requirements

  • Progressive experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of optimising processes and leveraging data
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team (4-6 FTEs), fostering a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated expertise in owning, optimising, and managing sales and customer success processes within CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Proven ability to leverage data from CRM and BI tools to conduct performance analysis and provide actionable insights that drive commercial efficiency and revenue uplift
  • Strong collaborative spirit with a proven ability to work effectively and autonomously with senior commercial leaders (Directors and VPs), as well as internal stakeholders like Finance, to achieve shared objectives

Responsibilities

  • Own, optimise, and maintain all sales and customer success processes within our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 FTEs, fostering a culture of operational excellence and data-driven decision-making, ensuring deep alignment with Tradebyte's strategic direction
  • Leverage BI tools to analyse commercial performance, identify bottlenecks, uncover opportunity costs, and pinpoint new growth levers. Provide actionable insights to commercial leadership
  • Lead the development and delivery of tailored training and development programmes designed to enhance the skills and productivity of our sales and customer success teams
  • Directly support the commercial Directors by providing data-driven recommendations, implementing process improvements, and facilitating targeted campaigns to drive revenue growth
