Responsibilities

Lead and expand a growing team of backend and frontend engineers
Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to shape the team’s roadmap, balancing both product goals and engineering priorities
Lead by example, driving continuous improvement and optimization of the team’s products and infrastructure
Design and architect long-term technical solutions that deliver a significant impact on both our wide platform and customers
Coach, mentor, hire, and grow individuals on the team to reach their full potential
