International Customer Service Representative (Evening Shift)

Candidates should possess proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role, fluency in both English and Japanese languages, an excellent ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors, strong time-management skills, proficiency with Word/PowerPoint, an equivalent or higher TOEIC score of 800, and experience with IT foreign companies and marketing at IT companies. A Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpreting, or a related field is preferred.
The Team Assistant will interpret internal and external meeting content, support office management tasks such as facilitating meetings and arranging travel, translate internal and external training materials from English to Japanese, translate internal policy and guidance materials from English to Japanese, operate Salesforce automation systems including uploading leads and creating accounts with translation from Japanese to English, support marketing activities such as event registration and webinar execution, and have meetings with APAC/US Marketing and Operation team members.
