Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong technical depth as an individual contributor and experience in fast-scaling environments. They should be familiar with working and troubleshooting in an international remote environment, and have experience setting up Okta from scratch, including HRIS sync, SCIM, and ideally Okta Workflows. Additionally, familiarity with Kandji or similar MDM, Apple Mac best practices, and Google Workspace is required.
The IT Lead will serve as the primary contact for all things IT, providing user-facing support and working on backend systems such as Okta. They will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining IT systems, implementing tools and processes to ensure efficient operation, and continuously reassessing and improving existing strategies to align with the company’s growth. Furthermore, they will establish and maintain IT processes and teams, and provide guidance and support to other team members.
