Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across various functions, roles, and role levels
  • Conduct labor market research and analyze trends to identify potential talent pools and inform recruitment strategies
  • Partner with HRBPs, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to understand their talent needs, organizational goals, and develop customized recruiting plans and pipelines
  • Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment and placement efforts and regularly report on metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, utilizing networking and social media platforms
  • Document and curate role and role level specific skills, tools, experience, characteristics, competencies, and opportunities
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation
