The Field Service Engineer/Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, error analyses, and installations of equipment at customer locations, ensuring excellent customer support and troubleshooting. They will also provide on-site and telephone support to customers and sales personnel, collaborating closely with their team and sales colleagues, and conducting audits and providing technical assistance.
