Requirements

6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within EMEA markets
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
Experience managing the end-to-end hiring process using Greenhouse
Experience recruiting in high-growth and/or technology-driven environments
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
Skilled at partnering with hiring managers and People Business Partners to deliver strong hiring outcomes
Adaptable, composed, and enthusiastic in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to authentically connect with people across diverse backgrounds and levels of experience
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Exposure to outbound sourcing techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including asynchronous communication across time zones

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment focused on EMEA, from role scoping through to offer stage
Build and present diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines while guiding candidates through every step of the process
Source, screen, cultivate, and close candidates with a balance of speed, quality, and care
Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment, facilitate pre-interview briefings, and lead post-interview debriefs to drive objective decision-making
Leverage Planet’s Talent Acquisition tools (including Greenhouse) to maintain accurate data and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
