Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within EMEA markets
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
  • Experience managing the end-to-end hiring process using Greenhouse
  • Experience recruiting in high-growth and/or technology-driven environments
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
  • Skilled at partnering with hiring managers and People Business Partners to deliver strong hiring outcomes
  • Adaptable, composed, and enthusiastic in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to authentically connect with people across diverse backgrounds and levels of experience
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Exposure to outbound sourcing techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including asynchronous communication across time zones

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment focused on EMEA, from role scoping through to offer stage
  • Build and present diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines while guiding candidates through every step of the process
  • Source, screen, cultivate, and close candidates with a balance of speed, quality, and care
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment, facilitate pre-interview briefings, and lead post-interview debriefs to drive objective decision-making
  • Leverage Planet’s Talent Acquisition tools (including Greenhouse) to maintain accurate data and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
