Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, or a related field, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR, organizational culture, or talent development, ideally including international or multinational experience. Preferred certifications in HR/OD are also desired. Strong facilitation skills and experience delivering training to diverse audiences are required, along with the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making and measure impact.

Responsibilities

As the TED Partner in EMEA & APJ, the individual will serve as the main liaison between the global TED team and regional partners, adapting and delivering global TED program enablement to fit local needs and culture. They will partner with the regional People Team and communities to develop custom programs based on regional needs, lead employee listening mechanisms such as focus groups and surveys, translate employee feedback into actionable insights, facilitate training and team interventions, and design and maintain a regional talent and engagement scorecard to track program adoption and outcomes. Additionally, they will stay current on research and trends in organizational health, culture, inclusion, and leadership, bringing recommendations back to the team.
